The purpose of the plan is to save on everything from cleanings, fillings to implants and crowns while getting the same wonderful treatment. Benefits per year:
- Two routine exams
- Two routine preventative maintenance (in absence of active periodontal disease)
- Full mouth x-rays, bitewing x-rays, or panoramic x-ray
- Two Fluoride varnish treatment age 19 and under
- Up to 35% courtesy off recommended treatment
It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan
- For dental care costs covered under insurance plan
- Towards products sold
