With 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Rustam Shukurov — known to many patients as Dr. Russ — combines advanced training with a genuine commitment to compassionate care. A proud graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Shukurov continually refines his skills through advanced education and self-assessment, ensuring his patients always receive the highest level of care. Patients often praise his gentle touch, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to make even complex treatments comfortable and stress-free.
